如果經濟許可的話，可以搭配瘦身食品來加強代謝率

我是大腿的內側跟外側脂肪很難消
打了戰斧音波大腿小蠻多 .剛打完大腿會緊實紋路有改善但兩個月左右效果會比較明顯喔
我覺得音波消脂還不錯以前打ＬＰＧ是消水腫.冷凍比較痛.要做比較多次.

效果我覺得有差綜合起來蠻推戰斧的沒有恢復期這點我覺得還不錯

瘦身可以參考這篇SO333減肥法哦

我當時準備國考時壓力大都暴飲暴食，導致體重狂飆10公斤...

後來考上以後下定決心減重，在網路上看到這篇瘦身文

我照著方法下去執行，真的3個月就減了11公斤

比原本的體重還要瘦1公斤^^
