Finding the perfect ring for my wife was a wonderful experience. ALUXE provided us with great customer service from the moment we walked into the store. Alina patiently helped us through the whole process and made it easy and enjoyable for us to pick the perfect ring. ALUXE has exceeded our expectation and went above and beyond for us as we were on a tight schedule as we come from overseas. They were very accommodating to our needs. The store's atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming and are always very professional. We were greeted with a smile from day one; and all the staff treated us with respect and sincerity.
