My opinion
For school kids----make them love you and then they will love English. That's how I teach my students. Sometimes they are too little to know where their potential are, all they know is I like this teacher so I want to listen to her/him. How to make them love you, making the course funnier and treat them fair and understanding. Trying to be their friends but not someone who always tell them you should do this or that, you are wrong this or that. Even they improve a little bit show your happiness and appreciation. I don't know it's right or wrong but my students like me and they learn better than other classes ( I think so ......maybe other teachers don't think this way....hehe)

agree with what the sisters above mentioned. and that is why I really can't leave my students even though I really need to leave my current job. sad~~~
