所以我們就找了ATOLL PARADISE 這一個大家都說優的旅遊仲介!!
慘的是我們今年四月付了全額~七月中才要出發的渡蜜月!
在我們出發前的一個星期收到ATOLL PARADISE說他們系統出了問題~
It is with deep regret that we are informing you that due to unavoidable circumstances arising within our operations, some of the bookings in our systems have been affected. This is only the case for some of the bookings falling between 1st – 31st July 2013. Unfortunately, we are very sorry to inform you that despite several attempts and efforts to resolve these issues, we have not been able to exclude your booking from this. We are therefore proposing the following options to rectify the matter. 1. A full refund of the booking value 2. Opportunity to reschedule the booking to anytime after 1st September 2013 Once again, we are extremely sorry to have to inform you of this and apologies unreservedly for any inconvenience this will cause you. 後來我們打了無數通國際電話後 最後的處理方式~申請把錢要回來!
如果錢要不回來~我們另一方面跟信用卡銀行說~我們受到詐騙!
信用卡會幫我們把錢追回來!
我們在紐西蘭!所以這裡的信用卡銀行比較保障消費者!
今天我們發現ATOLL PARADISE已經被馬爾地夫政府取消旅遊仲介的證照了!
罰了USD65000元! 沒看錯~只有罰~美金六萬五千元!! 罰那麼輕~光是我們付的渡蜜月的錢都佔了十分之一了!!
Atoll Paradise Travel License has been REVOKED by the Govt. of Maldives! This is due to the numerous complaints received by the Government regarding Atoll Paradise.
非常高興的事現在他們不能在營業了! 怕的事~他可能換個名字在營業~ 希望大家都有個美好的渡蜜月或是假期在馬爾地夫ㄚ!!
