【禮服】

Dresses: The dresses are pretty. There are no restrictions on whether they are for photo-shoot only or for the wedding reception only. There are no additional charges on any dress selected. We picked 2 white bridal dresses and 3 night gowns, and there was a bonus night gown free of charge, totaling 6 dresses. There are 2 suits for the groom. For the reception, we picked 1 white bridal dress and 2 night gowns. Dresses for moms, the bride』s maid, and the flower girls were also provided. They were able to alter the dresses for me to fit on the day of the shoot.

【我對整體服務的感覺】

My thoughts on the services provided by the sales associate We were lucky to have chosen a professional and responsible team such as Casa Wedding. Since we live in Canada, when thinking about the details regarding wedding photo shoot, like which package to choose, what dresses to pick, etc, there were a lot of uncertainly and expectations, since we can only communicate by phone or email at the time, our sales associate, assistant manager Ms. Wu, was very friendly and thoughtful. Because of her patience and the way she attended to our needs, we didn』t have any pressure during the whole process.

【我對禮服的評價】

My review on the dresses: The dresses are pretty and they all look clean and new, as mentioned, there are no restrictions on whether they are for photo-shoot only or for the reception only. During the dress picking and fitting, both Assisting Manager Ms. Wu and Hu Sir. were very helpful and patient, they allowed us to try many dresses until we find the dresses we want. The tailor also did a great job modifying the dresses to fit perfectly, as if they were measured and made only for me. When our families and friends saw the photos, they all said they came out fabulous and it was worth every penny.

【關於攝影】

The style and customer service of the photographer: Hu Sir.』s kindness and friendliness really made an impression – the entire photo-shoot was like going on a trip of exploration, it was filled with laughter. Before we returned to Taiwan, I too worried about what to do during the photo-shoot, such as how to pose, or how to smile, afraid that I might be really uncomfortable during the shoot, good thing Hu Sir. is very experienced, as well as patience – when I couldn』t understand how she wanted me to pose, she guided me slowly without losing her patience, she made the photo-shoot really relaxing, therefore our smiles in the pictures are very natural. As a side note: at the beginning of the shoot, both Hu Sir. and Hsiao-Lien noticed that I am not used to be in front of the lens, therefore when she was about to click on the shutter, I would close my lips very tightly, like a child. Good thing they kept reminding me by making jokes so that I smile, and eventually my smiles were natural and the photos came out great.

【關於造型】

About the stylist』s style and customer service: Chia-Pei is a very professional stylist – it is no doubt that she pays attention to details in all areas, including hair style, makeup and accessories. Cute or elegant, Chia-Pei was able to change my look in a short time. Her focus and passion for her work is shown when she is working. When we were shooting outdoor, other than touching up the make up or wipe off our sweat, she also helped us greatly by gathering our things, guiding us in posing, or taking photos on the side…etc. Most importantly, her style of makeup is so natural, that I still look like me but prettier, all my families and friends gave high praise to Chia-Pei』s skills. Chia-Pei is also an expert in creating little accessories – when I wear the accessories she brought, they made me feel all my looks were unique. After a day of photo-shoot we returned to the studio all exhausted, we were still dealing with jet lag, plus I had been wearing contacts for the entire day, so I looked really tired, Chia-Pei was with us the whole day as well so she was tired too, but as soon as we returned to the studio, she immediately started working on giving me a new look for the indoor shoot, after she was done we both looked refreshed, ready for the final set. Since Chia-Pei did an excellent job, we hired her to be our stylist on the wedding day, so that we didn』t have to worry about finding someone else. That morning on the wedding day, I had a little cold probably because I have been busy making arrangements for the day – usually people would stay away from someone who is sick, but Chia-Pei didn』t, she even let me wear her jacket so I could keep warm, her thoughtful gesture made a really good impression for us. She really made me shine on the most important day of my life.

【其他心得與建議】

Other thoughts and suggestions: When our families and friends saw our photos they were really impressed with them, there was nothing but praises on the work done by Casa. Just as we shared with our friends, it is really important to pick the right team with each team member who is dedicated to their task. The job could not be done without the skilled photographer – Hu Sir., or the creativity of the stylist, Chia-Pei, or the director – Hsiao-Lien』s direction on the overall style of the shoot, or the thoughtfulness and sincerity of the assistant manager Wu, not to mention the perfect alteration on the dresses by the tailor. Without anyone them, our photos would not be so perfect! The overall spirit of customer service from Casa really touched us – we arrived in Taipei on Sept 21, and we went to the studio on Sept 25 as planned, to pick the dresses. 2 days later, we had the photo-shoot on Sept 27, we were able to looked at the photos taken on the 28th, the next day we get to select the photos to be included in the album - from September 30 to October 2nd, they worked with the image editors on photo retouching in order to make in time for the design of the album. During the discussion they even ordered food for us when it was supper time. On October 4th, the design was completed to have all the albums and framed photos made. During the whole time they also arranged for us to pick the dresses for the wedding, bride』s maid, mom』s dresses and the flower girls』 dresses, including alteration. In merely 7 working days, their efforts made our wedding complete. Their professionalism is without question. On our wedding day, the assistant manager, Ms. Wu even called us and asked if everything is set and prepared. Even though Casa does not have a storefront that』s eye catching, glamorous like the other photography studios situated on Zhong-Shan North Road, their high quality work, efficiency, thoughtful customer service and the final product is highly recommended, and this is how we recommended Casa to all our friends both in Taiwan and in Canada!
