因為我訂購的保養品寄來了,可以損壞了想退回換新的,所以想請懂英文的水水幫忙翻譯,幫我中文翻英文,在此先謝謝了,內容如下:
您好,今天我收到我訂購的商品,當我打開箱子發現商品損壞,瓶子外層的塑膠套及蓋子破了無法使用,裡面的液體也都流出來了,4oz的容量也變成3oz,所以我想要換新的,如需將商品退回運費誰出,請給我一個答覆,謝謝!

Dear Sir,

I have received the merchandise which I ordered today, but I found that the cap of bottle and outside plastic package have been damaged when it arrived, so some liquid flowed out, and the cubic measure less 10oz because of the damage.
I need to exchange a new one with you. If I want to return the goods, please advised who should pay the transportation charge for this matter..
Your prompt reply will be a greatly appreciated. Thank you.
