1. Form I-130
2. G-325A(Your husband's and yours)
3. Birth Certificate(Your husband's and yours)
* Your birth certificate should be in Chinese/English version and get notary.
4. Household Certificate with your marriage status(Chinese/English) (Valid for 3 months)
5. Marriage Certificate(Chinese/English) --> Get notary
6. Passport(Your husband's and yours)
7. 1 Passport pictures(Your husband's and yours)
8. Form I-864
** Attached any kind of documents to prove the living in the States such as your husband's W2 Form and 1040 for the past three years, mortgage, Employment Statement, bank saving account and others.(關於I-864的部分, 準備的資料愈詳細愈好)
9. Police Record Certificate(妳的良民證)
10. Form DS-230
此外, DS-230和體檢表格應該是在第一次面試後, AIT才會寄給妳, 但是我先生之前就在AIT的網站上將DS-230download下來, 並且填寫完, 所以在我們的第一次面試時, 我們就把DS-230一併遞給AIT了, 之後, AIT就直接給我們體檢表, 當天下午我就去做體檢了.
幾天後, 我就收到AIT有關我的面談通知. 在面試的時候, 我只帶我的體檢表, 且整個過程很快就結束了.
所以, 建議妳把所有的資料在第一次遞I-130時就帶去, 這樣可以縮短AIT的作業時間.
