我是看英劇或美劇，找下面有原文字幕的
遇到不懂的字就暫停查字典，然後做筆記
現在跟外國人交談雖然不算流利可是幾乎都可以聽的懂

How to learn English? The biggest block that stands in the way of learning a new language is the fear of making mistakes. Don't get in too far over your head. Trying a bit every day is guaranteed to improve your skills.
Three Methods:
1. Reading
Go online. The internets have many resources to fill your time, bettering your language skills. Like www.yahoo.com English website is good. There are positions that can give you information on good material and recommended easy reads.
Go to the library (bookstore).When you don't want to stare at a screen anymore. If you have a book you can hold in your hands are just as good for learning than the internet. You can read at your discretion and make notes in the margins to ease the path to a bigger vocabulary.
You could also try reading aloud -- this will allow you to improve your reading comprehension while also working on your pronunciation.
2. Writing
You should spend some time working on your written English, like an English diary in which you write down a few sentences every day. You can write about your plans are for the day, or it can be writing of your own (thoughts, gratitude…).
Carrying an English dictionary with you at all times. (Or app)
3. Speaking and Listening
The total best way to learn is just to speak it. Speaking English with somebody is the fastest method of improving.
Correct, clear pronunciation is needed. Listen closely to how native English speakers pronounce certain words and sounds and do your best to copy them. (Watch English movies and TV shows.)
The point of the exercise is you should avoid watching movies or television shows with subtitles in Chinese language, they will distract you and make you less inclined to focus on understanding the English.

以前高中為了英文是會看電影不看字幕 學很快 大概比較適合用於跟老外說話
工作因為是國外業務 我家是有一些toeic的書 就是背單字等 ~ 不過很懶很少用
另外我同事請育嬰假 她是有專程去台北上課訓練說英文故事給小朋友聽
看英劇或美劇真的不錯，另外也是看你想要學什麼口音就多看哪種的
而且很多都很好看阿，娛樂之外也可以學習，網路上很多劇都有字幕
把不會的單字記下來每天背一背，之後也可以多看ＣＮＮ學聽速度
